First Atlantic Commerce - PowerTranz

FAC PowerTranz add-on includes translation files for Spanish language. If your website/user is in Spanish, you will see the admin and the front-end already translated to Spanish.

1. Activate PowerTranz as payment gateway

• Once you have activated PowerTranz plugin, you need to validate the licence in HBook > Licence.
  

  

  
  

• Set PowerTranz as active payment gateways in HBook > Payment > Active payment gateways

2. In HBook, add PowerTranz credentials

Enter your PowerTranz information in HBook > Payment > PowerTranz settings.

What is the setting “Process transactions that have undetermined authentication result” for?

This is related to the case when the response for the 3DS is “U” (undetermined). The verification could not be performed due to a technical problem.
If you decide to process the transactions tha have "U” as Authentication result, FAC/PowerTranz consider that this is at your own risk.

Where do I get PowerTranz ID and Password?

These are provided by PowerTranz/FAC when you sign up with them.

Where do I get the PageSet and PageName?

In PowerTranz dashboard, you will create a Page template. Please make sure to Publish it. You will see the PageName and the PageSet in the hosted pages list.

You can personalize your Hosted Page when you create/edit the Hosted Payment Page template.

How to move from Test to Live environment?

FAC/Powertranz will communicate a list of transactions to be done in the “Test” environment before allowing to move to Live environment.
