HBook documentation

We have gathered in this documentation all the information you need to use our WordPress plugin, HBook. In addition, please check our Knowledgebase.

Before starting the set-up

  1. Download and Install HBook

  2. Activate HBook

  3. If you have a multi-language plugin, set it up to work with HBook.

Quick start with HBook

If you wish to test how HBook works, you can follow these steps.

  1. Create 1 accommodation type in HBook > Accommodation types.
    You can add in the editor the HBook blocs “Booking form”, “Availability calendar”, “Rates table” or the shortcodes [hb_booking_form], [hb_availability], [hb_rates].

  2. Create 1 season in HBook > Season

  3. Add a rate for the season and accommodation type in HBook > Rates

  4. Create a new Page called "Booking" where you add in the editor the HBook bloc “Booking form” or the shortcode [hb_booking_form]

  5. View your page and try a booking.
