Add a reservation

Here you can manually add reservation. It can be used if you receive reservations from other source (phone, email...) and wish to enter the full details of the booking.

The form and process will be slightly different if you have enabled Multiple accommodation booking, or if it is disabled.

Enter dates, number of persons and check availability.

Multiple booking disabled

Select a check-in date.
Select a check-out date.
Select the number of adults and children.
Select the accommodation type.
Click on Check price and availability

Multiple booking enabled

Select a check-in date.
Select a check-out date.
Select if the reservation you enter is for multiple accommodation

If you wish to add a reservation for one accommodation only, you will set this parameter to "No"

If you wish to add a reservation for multiple accommodation, you will set this parameter to "Yes"

Select the number of adults and children for each accommodation.

A list of available accommodation types will be displayed and you will select the accommodation.

Once you have selected the accommodation type, you will provide the booking and customer information.

Select the extra services
You can set a different price than the one calculated by HBook. For this, you will use a discount (fixed or percentage).
You will be shown with the details of the global fees calculated for the booking
You will provide customer information: you can select the customer for a returning customer or enter full customer details
Here you can add a comment for the reservation
If you have a multi-language plugin, you will as well be able to select the reservation language for the reservation

In the next step, you will then view the summary of the reservation, with the breakdown of all prices:

You will then enter the customer details and add an optional admin comment:
