How to find my Live PayPal username, password and signature? Where can I find my PayPal API credentials?
Please note that the PayPal integration in HBook will be updated, as the current API is being phased out. The PayPal API currently used by HBook remains supported for at least the next two years, so existing functionality will continue to work during this period. In the meantime, we will release an updated version of HBook with a new PayPal integration to ensure a smooth transition.
Once logged in to your business PayPal account, click on the following link and follow the steps to retrieve your API access: https://www.paypal.com/businessmanage/account/accountAccess/unifiedsettings/apiaccess

Click on Continue with out-of-use NVP/SOAP credentials. It will open a pop-up to set up the PayPal API.

Select the Direct option
Enter the following custom application in this field: Integration will be updated, but is currently using NVP/SOAP API
Click on Continue with deprecated credentials

Select API Signature and click on Agree and Submit

Here, you will find your API username, password, and signature.
Click on Done
