How to disable the payment system?

You might wish not to take online payment. It can be for example that you manage payment by bank transfer or that you wish to use the system for booking enquiries.

1. You can select that “Customer do not need to pay online to book an accommodation” in HBook > Payments. 

2. You can change the text displayed by HBook in HBook > Text > Payment choice. You can as well add an “Explanation text for offline payment”. This can be useful to give details to your clients about the next steps (for example, if you ask for a bank transfer, if you will review their booking enquiry…).

3. You can modify the email templates in HBook > Emails to provide information in the email that is automatically sent to the customer upon new reservation/request.
