How to create coupons or vouchers? Can I offer a special discount for my family or friends?
Yes, you can create coupons, and you can set conditional rules for the coupons to be valid (minimum stay, accommodation type, season...).
You can set coupons without any conditions, or coupons that can be applied only if the conditions are met.
If you wish to create a conditional coupon : Create a rule which will be of type “Coupon” in HBook > Booking rules > Advanced booking rules. For example, to have a coupon that can be used only for stays of more than 7 nights.
Enter the coupon value in HBook > Rates > Coupons
Here we have a coupon without conditional rule, and a coupon with the rule created above.
