Can I change or remove the accommodation numbering in the reservation list?

I see numbers in parentheses in the admin calendar of reservations. I don’t know how to remove them or change them.

🌱 Solution

The numbers on the side of the name of the accommodation are what we call “Accommodation numbering”. You can edit them in each Accommodation Type settings, right below the setting where you indicate the “Number of accommodation of this type”.

When is the accommodation number displayed?

• If you have only one accommodation of a type, we don’t display the accommodation number, unless you modify it. By default, the accommodation number is “1”.

• If you have several accommodations of a type, we always display the accommodation number.

How can I change the accommodation number?

By default, the accommodation numbering is a number sequence. If you have an accommodation type “Double Room” and indicate that you have 4 of them, HBook will name them “Double room(1)”, “Double room(2)”, “Double room(3)” and “Double room(4)”.

You can change this numbering in each Accommodation Type settings. It is a text, so you can have numbers (101, 102, 103, …) or names (Rosemary, Lavender, …).
