In the Accommodation type, the settings are missing.

🤔 Problem

When I create a new Accommodation, I only see the descriptions section, but the other settings are missing.

🌱 Solution

This may happen if you have a multi-language plugin, and you have not set it up correctly. The custom post types "Accommodation" have to be set as translatable. 

1. Check our knowledge base articles for Polylang and WPML:

   • Polylang: How to set up Polylang plugin with HBook?

   • WPML: How to set up WPML plugin with HBook?

2. If your set-up is correct, please make sure you have created accommodation types for the main language. If you created initially your accommodation types in a language that is different from the language set as main language in WPML or Polylang, it will create an issue and you will not see the accommodation types settings.

The accommodation type settings that are related to the booking system (normal occupancy, maximum occupancy, starting price, number of accommodation of this type, etc.) are only shown for the main language accommodation post.
