Maestrel is in the process of becoming a Connectivity Partner for Google Hotels and Vacation Rentals. We will share updated information here.

What is it about?

To be able to display your rates on Google Search/Maps and to include a link for visitors to finish their booking directly on your website, you need to use a Google-approved Connectivity partner. Maestrel is currently in the process of being certified.

How will it work? How much will it cost?

There are different steps:

  • Preparation step: we need to map your HBook configuration with Google Hotels and Vacation Rentals requirements.

  • Connection step: we then can link your HBook listings to Google Hotels/Vacation Rentals, and push to Google any update (prices, availability, listing…).

  • Maintenance: this involves regular verification and processing of feedback from Google Hotels and Vacation Rentals. We will contact you if any adjustments are necessary.

It will work with a plugin and a subscription to a service.


HBook Connect plugin

What for?

  • To set up and manage the information you need to share for Google Hotel/.Vacation Rentals.

  • To make the link between HBook (on your website) and Maestrel Connect (on our server).

  • We help you to match your HBook set-up with Google requirements.

How much?

  • With ongoing technical support for HBook: $15

  • Without ongoing technical support for HBook: $45

  • One-off purchase, lifetime updates.

Maestrel Connect service

What for?

  • To use our service as Google Connectivity Partner : automatic push of Availability, Rates, and Inventory update.

  • We centralize, validate and monitor all the information before passing it to Google Hotel and Vacation Rentals.

  • We check with you when there are any issue that needs to be addressed.

How much?

  • 1 subscription = 1 website

Basic subscription: $90 per year.

  • Allows connection for up to 5 accommodation types, with a maximum of 20 accommodation in total.

Extra subscription: + $40 per year.

  • Extend connection for up to 10 accommodation types, with a maximum of 40 accommodation in total.

Subscription Renewal

  • We will email you when it is time to renew, and you can opt for auto-renewal if you prefer.

When to purchase?

  • When we inform you that the connection with Google Hotels and Vacation Rentals is ready to go “Live”.

  • The 1-year subscription starts only when we can connect you “live” to Google Hotels and Vacation Rentals

✔️ April 2026 - Release of version v1.0 of “HBook connect” plugin.

✔️ September 2025 - Application for Google Vacation Rentals accepted. We have moved to the integration step with support from the Google Vacation Rentals technical team.

✔️ August 2025 - Creation of a Priority group for Google Connectivity onboarding.

✔️ August 2025 - Application for Google Hotel accepted. We have moved to the integration step with support from the Google Hotel technical team.

✔️ June 2025 - Application lodged to become a Connectivity Partner with Google Hotels and Vacation Rentals.

Current Step

  • Google Hotels: Google Hotels is currently validating the “Listings” feed submitted by Maestrel.

  • Google Vacation Rentals: Submission of “Listings” is scheduled to begin as soon as the Google Hotels feed is validated.

  • Maestrel: Preparing for the next step: submission of Availability, Rates, and Inventory.

What are the next steps?

  • Release of a new version of HBook

  • Next integration steps: main version release for HBook Connect plugin to transmit Availability, Rates and Inventory.

  • “Live” connection with Google Hotels and Vacation Rentals for properties in the priority group.

  • Certification by Google Hotels and Vacation Rentals

  • Progressive “Live” connection of those on the ‘Waiting List’ (not in the Priority group, but ready to be connected).

Terms and Conditions for the 50% Discount on the First Subscription

The certification process is conducted through Google Hotels and Vacation Rentals using actual properties. Maestrel therefore needs your help right now so that we can then connect you “Live” to Google Hotels and Google Vacation Rentals. As a thank you for your participation, Maestrel will offer you a 50% discount on your first subscription to the Maestrel Connect service. This is our way of thanking you for your cooperation and patience.

How can I get the 50% discount?

  1. Purchase the HBook Connect plugin on our website. The cost is $15 if your HBook license has a valid support period and $45 if it does not.

You can easily renew your HBook technical support on our website for $55 for 12 months and then purchase the HBook Connect extension at a discounted price. 😉

  1. Set up and configure your property by referring to our technical documentation for the HBook Connect plugin. This takes about 15–30 minutes.

  2. Click “Transmit Information.” You will then be automatically added to the Maestrel listing feeds for Google Hotels/Vacation Rentals.

  3. When we're ready to connect you “Live” to Google Hotels/Vacation Rentals, we'll send you an email inviting you to sign up for our Maestrel Connect service. The discount will be automatically applied to the cost of your first subscription.
