How do I know if there is an update of HBook Connect plugin available?
We will release new versions of HBook Connect plugin whenever it is necessary for our developments during this process of certification as Connectivity partner for Google Hotels and Vacation Rentals.
You will view in Plugins that an update is available, and you will be able to update directly by clicking on “Update now”.

What happens when I click on “Transmit information”?
With the current version of HBook Connect, when you click on “Transmit information”, the property information is sent to our servers at Maestrel. The listings are communicated to Google Hotels and Google Vacation Rentals, but they will not appear on Google until Maestrel is certified as a Connectivity Partner.
How long will it take before Maestrel becomes a certified Connectivity Partner?

There are actions for which we are depending on the technical teams at Google Hotels and Google Vacation Rentals. Each technical team has its own criteria. Even if the two integrations and certifications are run in parallel by us, the validation by Google Hotels and by Google Vacation Rentals may happen at different moments.
How will I know if there is any issue with the information provided for my property?
We will contact you directly if we find an issue with the transmitted information.
We have logs at Maestrel server levels that allow us to monitor the transmission and have the detailled information in case of an error.
We have as well access to Google Hotel center and are able to view, on our side, any property that has not been matched or for which Google identified issues. We will be in contact with you if this is the case.
