Can I set up HBook for Midweek (4 nights), Weekend (3 nights) and Week (7 nights) bookings?

question mark My pricing is that customers can check-in and check-out only on Mondays and Fridays. We offer midweek, week-end and week options. What is the best way to set up HBook?


  1. In HBook > Seasons, you will create your seasons. For example :

  1. In HBook > Booking rules, you will indicate the changeover days as Monday and Friday :

  1. Let's say that we wish to have a minimum of 7 nights for bookings during Christmas season. We add it here :

  1. In HBook > Rates, we set now our rates for the accommodation types for each length of stay (midweek, weekend and weekly rates) for each season. We only set a 7-nights rate for Christmas season. In this example, we have set the same rate for all accommodation types, but you can perfectly have different prices.
