I have set a discount, but it does not appear in the accommodation price breakdown.

 🤔 Problem

In HBook, I have set up a discount, however, when I check the price breakdown in the search results, it is not displayed.

🌱 Solution

If your discount does not appear in the accommodation price details, it is because you have set it to apply to the total price.

1. In HBook > Rates > Discounts, you can specify whether the discount applies to the “accommodation price” or the “total price.” You must choose the accommodation price if you want the discount to be displayed in the price details in the search results.

2. If you wish, you can have the price details open by default. This can be set in HBook > Search form > Accommodation selection.

3. Additionally, it is possible to use Custom CSS to visually highlight the discount. For example, the following CSS snippet will display the discount text in red:
