Define the right roles for each WordPress user

For example, if you have a cleaning crew for whom you have created a WordPress account, consider using the roles offered by HBook : What are the different roles added by HBook?

iCal Export settings

If you use iCal, we recommend that you add a key to your export URL. And check the content of the “Summary” and “Description”, to make sure you know what you're sharing. This is done in HBook > Sync iCal > Export settings. See this section of our documentation : iCal - Import/export and synchronization

Deleting customer and reservation information

You can easily “reset” HBook and delete all reservations, blocked dates and customers. After a season, you can export reservations from HBook > Reservations > Export reservations. In the same way, you can export customers from HBook > Customers. This way, you keep a copy of all reservations and customers. Then, in HBook > Misc > HBook reset, you can choose to reset customers, reservations and blocked dates.
