In the search results, the Accommodation types are displayed in the same order that they were created. They are listed in the order as they are displayed in HBook > Accommodation Types.
If you wish to modify this order, you should simply edit the date of the post. You can do that by clicking on "Quick edit" in the accommodation type list seen in Accommodations.
