How does the automatic email work?

(question) Can I set automatic emails that will be sent to the customer with the reservation details?

(question) Can the admin be notified when a new booking has been received?

(question) Can I set emails that will be automatically sent after or before the stay?

Emails sent upon an action

You can set different email templates that can be sent automatically on different actions:

  • When a customer book on your website

  • When you add reservations from the admin

  • When a reservation is confirmed

  • When a reservation is cancelled

You can set as many email templates as you need for each action so it means that when a customer books on your website, you can have different emails automatically sent: one for the customer, another for the admin, a third one for the sales team or the cleaning staff, etc... You can use variables in the email templates to include the reservation and customer details information.

Scheduled emails

You can set email templates that will be triggered “x” days before or after check-in/check-out. This is useful to send information a few days before the arrival, to ask feedback regarding his stay, etc.

Manual emails

You can as well create email templates that are not sent automatically. You will use the action "Send email" of the admin page where you manage the reservations to email your client. You can edit this email before sending it.
